Well, I spent the last few weeks the latest victim of our economy. On a positive note, I had more time to do things around the house (I installed a pocket door and did some painting.) and of course work on my chainmaille! With anodized niobium I wrapped a Limoges cameo (pics coming soon) that my wife had wanted to turn into a necklace and started a sterling silver wrapped cabochon project but I ran out of wire. I also did 2 pieces with copper, the first a Full Persian Bracelet and the second, a Half Persian 3-1 Necklace. I also added to my line of keychains with a Dragonscale Keychain in orange & black anodized aluminum and bright aluminum. And finally I made a Double Byzantine Bracelet using sterling silver and anodized titanium finished with a sterling silver tube clasp.

Etsy Treasury by TheBeadedHeart
I was featured in an Etsy Treasury! Thanks to Julie at TheBeadedHeart (also from BeadedHeartsVintage) for including my European 4-in-1 and Mobius Necklace in this collection with other great chainmaille pieces from other Etsy sellers.
Here is the link for this treasury: link

Thrift Store Fixer-Upper
As I mentioned several weeks ago in my "Dragonscale problems..." post I re-purposed a neat necklace my wife found at the one of the many local thrift stores we frequent. I added all of the green beads and two links of brass byzantine as connectors along the original chain. Eventually I'll get this into my Etsy shop, but I've been very busy with buying a house and work so I've been left with very little time or energy to work on my chainmaille.
